Photoshop Phun

As a graphic designer Adobe Photoshop is a key tool in the industry. So skills in the program are pretty much a necessity. I’m always looking to expand my abilities so I decided to have some fun and see what I could create using some new found techniques, and some discovered along the way. What do you think? Any tips or suggestions are welcome. The original photo was me and my friend fooling around. Click on the manipulated one to view full-sized.

I like it but I don’t like-like it.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to tell you the good news. This blog is equipped with a special feature that is gaining popularity. It’s called “commenting.” It allows readers not only to indicate if they “like” a particular post but also explain why they like it. This way the poster can gain useful feedback from readers instead of just seeing who “likes” it. I thought it was pretty nifty and a useful feature. You should try it out.

Thought Munch’s Maiden Voyage!

Pull up a chair – there’s plenty for everyone!

Welcome to the beginnings of my blog, Thought Munch. Within these web-walls I will enthrall you with pre-chewed thinkings and clever bits of wit and wisdom I come across (or completely make up) along the way. I hope you like the look of the site. There’s a good chance I will be changing it up now and then as I learn the art of CSS coding, but for now I’ll do what I can with a template.

I know the question burning in your head so I’m going to answer it for you: Yes that is a brain, with sunglasses, and big teeth. Say hello to Munch, my creative little sidekick. He will be helping me out as I enter the world of blogging. He’s friendly, but he can bite pretty hard for a lump of grey-matter so keep your fingers away from that giant mouth of his.

If you want to know more about me visit my bio page in the top right corner. If you prefer to continue thinking of me with any preconceived notions you may have, right or wrong, then go ahead. It’s like Mr. Potato Head, or Wooly Willy. They never had the chance to introduce themselves, we always told them what personality to have. I now wish I would have asked them how they would like to look.

But I digress… you should probably get used to that. This is not going to be a stiff structured box, but rather a malleable area for me to throw in and play with whatever I so feel at the time. And by “the time” I could mean by the hour, the day, or the week. You never know when I’ll come across something extra juicy.

So brace yourself, dig in, and enjoy the meal!
